What are the directors backgrounds at BioPep?

Both directors cut their teeth in the performance nutrition field, one as a supplier, amassing a rolodex of invaluable contacts and industry leaders. The other was a laboratory supplier and chemist, putting their experience in the lab to use in product formulation and research. Your pricing is much lower than similar peptide suppliers, how can I trust your quality?

We use our longstanding relationships with Certified GMP manufacturers to get the best pricing available. By dealing direct with factories, we can ensure the quality of our offerings. 3rd party testing is done on all products, and can be cross verified with the independent lab that performed the test.

Where are you located?

We are located in Las Vegas, NV (Pacific Time Zone) to provide extended shipping cutoff. We utilize USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 days to most of the U.S. We have found it is the most economical and has a very good price/speed ratio.

Why are all your products labeled “Research Only”?

Our products lack approval for medical purposes, including treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or cure of any disease. Not suitable or safe for human consumption, these items are exclusively intended for use in a laboratory setting by qualified individuals. It is essential for our clients to consult with qualified legal professionals regarding the potential use of our products, as we are unable to offer legal advice.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, and Bitcoin. Because of the nature of these products, we feel privacy is a growing concern and the above methods afford a level of privacy we are comfortable with.

How soon is my order shipped after completing checkout?

Upon verification of payment, orders are shipped in 24hrs or less, depending on the time of verification. Orders verified by 3pm Pacific Time, generally ship same day.

How do you handle disputes and other customer service requests?
